How well do you know your area, and the next, and beyond? Do you know how to navigate in the wilderness? Can you use map and compass? Do you know where to find water? Food? Can you start a fire? Build shelter or find shelter? How is your bushcraft? Can you move without being detected? Do you know how to trap? Can you hunt? Do you own a knife, hunting rifle, hunting bow or other hunting weapon? Do you know how to use it? Can you shoot? Can you help someone who has been shot? Can you fish? Do you know where to find fish in rivers, lakes, oceans, summer and winter? Do you know how to process the fish, or game that you catch? Do you know what plants to eat, where and when to find them? Do you grow any of your food? Can you fight? Defend yourself? Do you have strength, physicality, mobility? Are you intelligent? Do you posses special trade skills? Have you laid preparations in advance? Do you have a support network of like minded people?
